Who are we?

The Africa Down Syndrome Network (ADSN) is a network of national Down syndrome organisations working to improve the lives of people with Down syndrome in Africa. The Africa Down Syndrome Network (ADSN) is a working network consisting of National organizations for people with Down syndrome in Africa. ADSN was the concept of Mrs Vanessa dos Santos who is the founder member, together with 9 founding countries. It was formed on the 3rd of February, 2014 in Johannesburg, South Africa. Our goal is: To promote inclusive societies, build the capacity of Down syndrome organisations and advocate for the improvement of the lives of people with Down syndrome in Africa.
